At Easternio, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely.
Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how your products are shipped, tracked, and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Note: During peak seasons or sale events, order processing may take slightly longer.


2. Delivery Timelines

Our estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:

Metro Cities (India) 3–5 business days
Other Cities 5–7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 7–10 business days
International Orders 10–20 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather, customs, etc.).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India).

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to COD or low-value orders.

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A confirmation email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.

  • You can track your order directly from the link provided or on the courier’s website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected pin codes in India.

  • A small COD handling fee may apply.

  • The courier may contact you before delivery for confirmation.


6. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected international destinations.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country’s customs authorities.

  • Delivery time depends on the destination and local courier services.


7. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address,

  • Failed delivery attempts, or

  • Customer refusal to accept delivery,

the buyer will be responsible for reshipping charges or a partial refund (excluding shipping costs).


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  2. Email support@easternio.com with photos of the package and product.

  3. We will investigate and offer a suitable solution (replacement or refund).


9. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will be shipped on or after the mentioned dispatch date. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them together once the pre-order item is available.
