Returns & Exchanges — Easternio

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works:

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Shipments should be sent back within 7 days of return approval.

  • Exchange requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

How to start

  1. Email support@easternio.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We’ll reply with return authorization and the return address.

  3. Ship the item using a tracked courier. Keep tracking details until refund/exchange is complete.

Refunds

  • Refunds go to the original payment method after we inspect the returned item.

  • Allow up to 7–10 business days after we process the refund for it to post to your account.

  • Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement costs more, you’ll be asked to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Defective or incorrect items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund (including shipping) after verification.

Non-returnable

  • Gift cards, final sale items, and items that show signs of use are not returnable.

International

  • Return shipping and customs fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
