Returns & Exchanges — Easternio
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works:
Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Shipments should be sent back within 7 days of return approval.

Exchange requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
How to start

Email support@easternio.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return/exchange.

We’ll reply with return authorization and the return address.

Ship the item using a tracked courier. Keep tracking details until refund/exchange is complete.
Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method after we inspect the returned item.

Allow up to 7–10 business days after we process the refund for it to post to your account.

Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement costs more, you’ll be asked to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund (including shipping) after verification.
Non-returnable
-
Gift cards, final sale items, and items that show signs of use are not returnable.
International
-
Return shipping and customs fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
