🛍️ Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Tags, labels, and protective covers must be intact.

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items purchased during Sale / Clearance / Offer periods are not eligible for return or refund.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or defective products, subject to availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund as applicable.

  • Replacement will be processed once the original item is received and inspected by our team.

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, it will go through a quality check.
After approval, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via store credit, depending on your preference.

Please note:

  • Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Innerwear or swimwear

  • Accessories (like caps, socks, jewelry)

  • Customized or personalized items

🧾 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be processed under the return policy.
