1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our products, select your preferred size or variant, and click “Add to Cart”.
When you’re ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your purchase securely.


2. Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest.
However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your details, and get faster checkout next time.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)

  • UPI & Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay)

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (available for select pin codes)

All payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.


4. How do I know my order was placed successfully?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order number and details.
If you don’t receive one, please check your spam folder or contact us.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link and courier details via email or SMS.
You can use this link to monitor the delivery status in real time.


6. How long does shipping take?

We usually dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other cities: 5–7 business days

  • Rural/remote areas: 7–10 business days

7. What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India).
For smaller or COD orders, a small shipping fee may apply — displayed during checkout.


8. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

9. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days, subject to stock availability.

10. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


11. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll verify and arrange a replacement or refund immediately.


12. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship to selected international locations.
International delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination.
Customs duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.


13. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available for selected pin codes within India.
If your area isn’t eligible, you can use UPI, card, or wallet payment instead.


14. Are the colors of products the same as shown on the website?

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or monitor differences.
